StepMania Player – New Program

Posted on 2008-09-28 at 12:12 in Games, Music, Programs by Robbi-985.

This is the program I made to control my custom StepMania lights which you’ve seen in my previous videos. I’m currently working on a tutorial video for making the lights themselves, and for using the program, but for now, here is the program itself. It can be used without any lights, and I think it’s not too hard to get started with using if you know stuff about StepMania. =)

Actual information about the program, and a download link, are available on the “Programs” page.

EDIT: Download ZIP now includes OCX/DLL files which not everyone may have already, and also info on what to do with these files. This pushes the file size up to 1.61 MB, though. -_-’

EDIT 2: Updated to revision 38. Fixed BPM changes and stops not being shown on the main playback view (they suddenly stopped working in revision 27, with the addition of the DDR-style scrolling arrows view). Also fixed the flickering “Time” progress bar once and for all. If anyone downloaded revision 35, 36 or 37 within the few hours which I had them on my site, please update to this version. Sorry for the hassle.
